I was over the moon to finally get the holy grail - a featured ad on Bookbub . For those of you who don't know, Bookbub has long been seen as the best promotional website for book sales. No other company comes close. As such, despite its steep prices, there's fierce competition to get a place. My Book Background Like many other authors, I have been trying every month for the past few years to get a Bookbub deal. I have been applying with what I consider my strongest choice - The Shadow Rises, originally published 2013. This book is the first in the Witch-Hunter series, which has 4 other full-price books in it. Witch-Hunter Anniversary August 29th marks the five-year anniversary of the release of The Shadow Falls - the third and final part of the Witch-Hunter trilogy. I can't believe it's been five years already! If you haven't heard of Netgalley it's the biggest website for connecting reviewers with free books in exchange for a review. Seriously, it is the daddy of reviewer websites. It is the go-to company for all the big publishers, to get the most influential reviewers to talk about their books. It regularly hosts best-sellers, and you can't open Amazon or Goodreads pages without reading "I received a free copy from Netgalley" in countless reviews.

Hello lovely people. I don't know whether you've noticed, but it is RELEASE DAY for James: Witch-Hunter !!! Yes, I'm over-excited. And yes, I've had about three coffees this morning. But I am absolutely thrilled to be able to finally share this book with you guys! It has been a long process, I've been working on it in the background of other projects ever since The Shadow Falls ended the Witch-Hunter trilogy in 2014. James is one of my favourite characters across all my series. He's a Donny lad (translation, comes from Doncaster, Yorkshire), and I feel a strong connection with him. As such, I didn't want to rush his story, as he deserved something as awesome as him. So, drum roll please.....
