Request Review
Books
I am currently accepting limited requests for reviews, which may take a few weeks, please let me know if you have a deadline.
I will post my reviews here, Facebook, Twitter, on Amazon.co.uk, and on Goodreads.
If you ask me to review your books, be warned that I will give an honest review. I reserve the right to post positive, negative, and everything in between, on the above sites.
I review both Indie and Traditionally published books, both will be held to the same standard.
Genres: I like to read most genres. There are two exceptions:
1) Children's books. YA is fine, as are books on the Narnia and Harry Potter level. But not pre-school. I do not like children, they are horrible little creatures.
2) Traumatic books centered on abuse. I read books for enjoyment and escapism, I know this happens in the real world, but I want to escape it.

Send me the title of the piece, whether it is part of a series (I will only review sequels if I have read the earlier books), and the synopsis. If I agree to review it, I will email back with an idea of how long it will take (real life will try and get in the way) - then you can send me a copy. I prefer mobi, but will also accept pdf and word.
Blog Tours
If you have a blog tour planned and would like The Northern Witch's backing, please get in touch.
I like to have a month's notice, so I can work out scheduling.
The genre rules above apply; I also prefer to work with authors that I have previously read/reviewed, although I will participate in new writer's tours if the books intrigue me.
Author Interviews
I am currently open to author interviews.
If you would prefer me to post in time with any other promotions or releases, please give me a date. Oh, and please give me a minimum of a week's notice.
I prefer to have read the work of the authors I interview. Which means that the above genre rules apply.
I also reserve the right to remove interviews from my blog at any time, without notice to the author.
