“This is a delightful, moving, contemporary romance…. I should warn you that this is the sort of book that once you start you want to keep turning the pages until you've read it. It is an enthralling story to escape into and one that I thoroughly enjoyed reading. I have no hesitation in highly recommending it….”

Review
It's been ten years since Jas and Freddie saw each other, but when they end up going on a blind date, they are perfectly matched, and sparks still fly.

I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

The last time Jasmine saw Freddie, she was the daughter of housekeeping, and he was the future laird of the castle. Their difference in position didn't stop them from falling in love; but Jas felt chased away for being an unsuitable wife.
Her life has changed drastically in the last ten years, as her company helps other not-tech-savvy companies, and she has made her fortune. The only missing thing is someone to share life with. Especially as no one compares to her first love.

Freddie grew up with Jasmine. First they were friends, and then lovers. He never saw their difference in class as a problem, until Jas deserted him.
Freddie has always felt like something was missing from his life. He has poured a lot of his money and focus into his charity to help less privileged kids; and he has avoided serious relationships, because he never recovered from having his heart broken.

They are brought together by the exclusive M Agency, in a romantic tropical getaway.

This was a fun, and light-hearted holiday romance. Jas and Freddie get their own private island for a week; and the story really revels in the luxury of it all.
This is pure paradise, and the description of the food, and the activities M has scheduled for them were amazing.

This second-chance romance was very sweet.
They were so close to getting their Happily Ever After the first time round, but reality quickly set in.
I did wonder if they would have been happy, had they stayed together. Two teens in love is great; but ten years down the line?
I thought that them being apart definitely made them stronger.

The plot is very focussed on the now, and I don't think there was ever a moment where I felt they wouldn't be together.
Personally, I would have preferred a little more to it. I felt that the author did allude to Jas potentially having an eating disorder, and I was disappointed that they didn't delve further into it.

Overall, this was a 3.5 out of 5 for me. I love Rachael Stewart's writing, and I look forward to her next book.
This is a straight-forward summer romance, and I am intrigued to read the rest of the Billion-Dollar Matches.
