Conspiracy Boy

Image
Conspiracy Boy by Cecily White 3 out of 5 Synopsis Nobody said senior year was going to be easy, but I wasn’t expecting pure hell, either. That’s right. HELL. Demons attacking. Cheerleaders screaming. Vampires and werewolves asking where the bathroom is. Just another day here at St. Michael’s Guardian Training Academy. It wouldn’t be so bad if the administration would let me get back to my demon-slaying duties like every other angelblood on campus. But with my bondmate Jack promoted to head trainer, my annoying fiancé Luc trying to start a political uprising, and that pesky prophecy still floating around predicting I’m going to kill everyone I love...well, let’s just say “complicated” took on a whole new meaning. Birthday Bash

Image
Birthday Bash So it's the 9th of March 2016, which can only mean one thing: it's my 31st birthday! Which, if I'm honest is slightly anti-climatic after the big Three-Oh last year. I always like to do something fun for my birthday, last year I decided I wanted to do something grown-up and sophisticated to celebrate turning 30, so I had a tea party (with alcohol) and a pony gymkhana (with more alcohol). For the non-horsey people, a gymkhana is basically relay races on horseback which, if involving adults and/or professional horsey-people, usually becomes a mass of competitiveness and cheating.
